While many members of the WWE roster have been full of praise for Triple H and the job he’s done leading creative, it appears that MVP isn’t quite on the same page. He recently took to Instagram to answer some comments, and he wasn’t particularly positive with what he had to say.
MVP Reveals Triple H Isn’t Interested In The Hurt Business
The Hurt Business was a fantastic faction that dominated WWE during its run. While the group ended before fans wanted it to, they managed to carve out a memorable run. MVP, Cedric Alexander, Shelton Benjamin, and Bobby Lashley all put together some of their greatest work during the pandemic era, where the faction was a true highlight for the company.
Since their split, each member has made it clear they were hoping for more, with MVP being very vocal about the situation on social media over the years. He recently shared a photograph of the group which had fans posting about how they wanted more, with WWE legend Dave Bautista himself getting involved in the comments. He stated that WWE left a lot of money on the table with the group, and he was confused.
While some fans were pointing the finger at Vince McMahon for splitting the group, MVP was quick to reveal that Triple H had the power to fix the situation at the time. He also revealed that they pitched to bring the group back to Triple H but he said no, noting that the current regime doesn’t want the group either.
MVP Had Other Complaints
It wasn’t the only Triple H related comment that MVP had to make either. Known for not being shy in sharing his opinions, MVP responded to a comment that claimed, the Triple H era is emasculating black men by saying, “You see it.”
Another comment stated, “Somebody like you doesn’t get to be a world champion. It’s your job to make people like me laugh” – Triple H. He meant that smh lol,” with MVP responding with the 100 emoji.
MVP remains on WWE’s roster page, but he hasn’t been actively used on television in a long time. His last major role with the company was working as Omos’ manager, and it remains to be seen if or when he will be back on TV in the future.
