Chris Harris Reflects on His Move from TNA to WWE

Harris described his time in WWE’s developmental system, stating, “I didn’t know what the WWE style was because I never learned it. I wasn’t there long enough.” He discussed the challenges he faced, including taking numerous bumps despite his extensive experience. Harris also mentioned the lack of preparation and direction for his character, which led to a disappointing first impression.

GG Dolan’s Injury Update

For information regarding the health of WWE star GG Dolan, Ringside News noted that Dolan’s storyline took an abrupt halt due to a knee injury. She was spotted wearing a knee brace, sparking speculation among fans. Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp and Cory Brennan confirmed that Dolan’s program with Ariana Grace had been dropped. Despite her injury, Dolan’s association with the company continues, and discussions about her potential transition to the main roster have been ongoing. Dolan has been absent from the ring since her loss to Grace on the March 12th edition of NXT and underwent a makeover at the hands of her adversary.

Ricochet Set to Leave WWE

In an update on the WWE status of Ricochet, Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com reported that Ricochet has given notice of his intent to exit the company when his contract expires this summer. Ricochet is expected to be written out of WWE storylines soon. During his WWE tenure, Ricochet has held multiple championships and won the 2019 NXT Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic with Aleister Black. Sources indicate Ricochet will likely become a hot commodity as a free agent, with potential interest from AEW and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Despite Ricochet’s decision to leave, WWE has reportedly taken preemptive creative actions, including his loss of the WWE Speed Championship to Andrade, to facilitate his departure.

AEW International Champion Will Ospreay expressed his discontent with WWE’s booking of Ricochet, recalling Ricochet’s impressive high-flying career. Despite his ongoing contract with WWE, Ricochet’s future remains uncertain, and he could potentially re-match with Ospreay in AEW or return to NJPW rings.
