Problems Mount Up For Triple H On Monday Night RAW, WWE Star Openly Expresses Frustration Towards The Company

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Seth Rollins finally returns to WWE
  • Clash At The Castle was a huge success for WWE
  • CM Punk continues to play mind games with McIntyre

The recent episode of Monday Night RAW had many surprises stacked for the fans aka the WWE Universe. From Seth Rollins returning to a new force honouring the legacy of the late Bray Wyatt, fans at the American Bank Center Arena in Corpus Christi, Texas witnessed moments of some epic proportions. Clash At The Castle, WWE’s recently concluded pay-per-view (PPV) was a huge success and the latest episode of RAW served the purpose of taking the storylines forward.

At the recently concluded WWE Clash At The Castle, The Scottish Warrior was just few minutes away from being crowned the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Much to McIntyre’s shock, the referee stopped counting as Punk taunted McIntyre wearing the zebra stripes. This is the second instance in almost three months where Punk has costed McIntyre the coveted World Heavyweight Championship. It all started to blow out of proportion in WrestleMania XL, where Damien Priest snatched the title away from McIntyre away courtesy on Punk’s antics who was commentating at the ringside.

In the recent episode of Monday Night RAW, when The Scottish Warrior came out, he was greeted by unpleasant chants for T’he Voice of the Voiceless’. This irked McIntyre more who was seemingly unhappy with how the crowd behaved. He shook his head for few moments before finally speaking up.

Triple H with Michael Cole

Annoyed by this, a frustrated McIntyre said ‘I can’t do this anymore. Screw this company, I quit’. Post this, McIntyre dropped the microphone and stormed up the ramp.

RAW General Manager Adam Pearce tried to calm McIntyre down and talk to him to reconsider his decision. The cameras followed the Scottish Warrior too where Triple H was spotted, but The Game pushed the cameras away. The cameras somehow captured McIntyre saying that he was serious about quitting the company. The Scottish Warrior has now deactivated his social media accounts. he had signed a three-year contract extension with the WWE back in April.
