It seems Hailey Bieber is taking a page from Kylie Jenner’s maternity-style playbook.
A month after announcing she was expecting her first child with husband Justin, the model bared her belly in a sheer black catsuit while on a date night in New York City. Complete with a floral lace pattern and ruffles at the neckline, the daring ensemble highlighted Hailey’s curves, including her growing baby bump.
Justin opted for baggy layers in an oversize gray T-shirt and tan sweater. In an experimental move, he wore two sets of basketball shorts—a white pair on top of a red pair. He finished his look with white socks, black leather Mary Janes, and a brown velvet “C” baseball hat. See more photos here.
Hailey’s maternity looks have primarily consisted of laid-back essentials, including cropped T-shirts, boxy blazers, and wide-leg pants—but it looks like she’s stepping up her style, or at least taking a hint from the maternity looks of friends like Jenner. Her black lace number, which she styled with a pair of towering black heels, looks similar to the LaQuan Smith version that Jenner wore in 2021 when pregnant with her second child, Aire.

Bieber even styled her look in a comparable way, wearing pointed black heels and covering up with an oversize leather jacket. She forwent Jenner’s slicked-back updo, however, opting for a more casual claw-clip updo with face-framing bangs. Her familiar favorites, including a small black handbag from Ferragamo and her signature black oval sunglasses, finished off her look.
The model could also be seen wearing a glossy lip (undoubtedly courtesy of her own Rhode brand), as well as her shiny new engagement ring. Designed by Lorraine Schwartz, the ring features a massive, megawatt oval-cut diamond set in a gold band. Bieber showed off the upgraded jewelry after renewing her vows with Justin for their fifth wedding anniversary.
