WWE Hall Of Famer Arn Anderson has praised Triple H for his creative abilities.
Former WCW World Television Champion Anderson spent close to two decades with WWE as a producer following his in-ring retirement in early 2000. His final match came on the 17th May 2000 edition of WCW Thunder, with ‘Double A’ teaming with long-term friend ‘Nature Boy’ Ric Flair to defeat Crowbar and David Flair.
Anderson was famously a member of legendary faction ‘The Four Horsemen’ and was honoured with a 2012 WWE Hall Of Fame induction alongside fellow members Ric Flair, Tully Blanchard, Barry Windham and JJ Dillon.
Despite switching to AEW in 2019, Anderson kept a keen eye on the WWE product, taking the time during a recent edition of his podcast ‘ARN‘ to praise WWE Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque for his leadership of the company’s creative output:
“He’s got a great mind. And I mean, you think about the volume of ideas that he needs to come up with or help along, or champion or, you know, that just — the company itself.
To be at the forefront of that and guiding everybody else into running that company. It’s just — it ain’t easy, I’m sure.”
Triple H Delighted With New SmackDown Star
It has been a busy few days for ‘The Game’ as he oversees the 2024 WWE Draft, which is set to continue on the 29th April edition of Raw.
Selections began on SmackDown on Friday 26th April, with the blue brand surprisingly selecting former NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes in the first round.
Hayes would go on to put on a stellar performance in a losing effort against ‘The American Nightmare’ Cody Rhodes later in the show, with reports stating that Triple H was delighted with the 29 year-old’s main roster debut.
